Variable Speed Pumps: How to Program Correctly

Variable Speed Pumps: How to Program Correctly

Variable speed pumps are in high demand in the current swimming pool market.   This seminar will provide the attendee the necessary skills to evaluate new and existing pool plumbing and the equipment pad for proper hydraulic performance.   Attendees will learn to calculate pool volume, proper turnover rates, and the required hours of circulation to attain those rates.   The instructor will also cover how to calculate total dynamic head and how to read a pump curve.    With that information, the attendee can then properly program a variable speed pump to accomplish the necessary turnover rate and operate within safety standards.
